If learning rate increase from 90% to 95% ,
also lab hr will increase.So excepted cost & cost gap will increase.Target cost no effect.
I hv wanna to know about increase or decrease learning rate % effect?
meaning of % increase and meaning of % decrease?
please little explain for me

8y ago#1This is specifically explained in my free lectures!!!
The higher the learning rate then the less learning there is. (For example, if the learning rate is 100% then there is no learning at all - the time does not get any faster)
