Hello sir
If learning rate increase from 90% to 95% ,
also lab hr will increase.So excepted cost & cost gap will increase.Target cost no effect.
I hv wanna to know about increase or decrease learning rate % effect?
meaning of % increase and meaning of % decrease?
please little explain for me

This is specifically explained in my free lectures!!!
The higher the learning rate then the less learning there is. (For example, if the learning rate is 100% then there is no learning at all – the time does not get any faster)
