Hello there
I have a doubt regarding the algebraic approach.in the study text pg255 example 2.6.3 under time to produce 30units
Y=(1/30^0.321921)
Where as in pg259 under eg 2.8
For calculation of first 49 units =10×(49^-0.1520031
My doubt is why is 30 divided by 1 in first case and why isn’t 49divided by one ? please help me out with this
Thank you in advance
I do not have the study text (and you don’t say which one anyway 🙂 ) and so I cannot help you about what is on the pages you mention.
Everything needed for learning curves is explained in my free lectures on learning curves.
If you are watching the lectures then you don’t really need a Study Text – the lectures are a complete free course for Paper F5 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
The important book is the Revision Kit because it is vital to practice as many exam standard questions as possible.
