    Hello Tutor hope you are doing well can you please help me in the following question.

    State whether the following statement is true or false.
    The Learning Rate shows time taken for each unit as a percentage of the time taken for the previous units production.

    I know the answer is False. But the logic or reason I chose was that. L/RATE shows Cumulative Average Time per unit for a particular level of total output, as a % of what it was before the recent doubling of Cumulative output.

    Is it correct??

    So the learning rate, or the learning curve percentage (LR variable in the formula), is the percentage subtracted from one hundred percent to get the reduction percentage.

    The reduction percentage denotes the percentage decrease in unit time or cost with every doubling of units produced.
