Is there any possibility of applying learning curve into the variance???
If there is then,in which of the labour variance will it have its impact (Labour efficiency variance, adjustment to standard hour)
i m just trying to be sure John sir
It is possible that you could be asked to use the learning curve to calculate the standard labour hours.
Then you would calculate the variances in the normal way and it is the labour efficiency variance that is affected by the hours.
thank you sir
You are welcome 🙂
