Effect on what hours?
The rate of learning is faster if the learning rate is lower.
I suggest that you watch my free lectures on learning curves – I explain this within the lectures.
(Our lectures are a complete course for Paper F5 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well. If you are not able to watch the lectures for any reason, then you need to study from a Study Text from one of the ACCA approved providers if you are going to be able to pass the exam!)
