How likely is it the examiners ask us the leapfrog procedures?
Most unlikely … in fact, it’s most unlikely that ANY legal procedure is involved an any question in any detail
Just remember, there’s no point in appealing a decision of the High Court to the Court of Appeal in the circumstance that the High Court decision was reached as a result of following a Court of Appeal precedent
So leapfrog the Court of Appeal and move straight to the Supreme Court
That should be enough for you
