sir is this still part of the syllabus, if it is can you please brief me about the 5 s of the toyota production system
C1(d) of the study guide says:
Evaluate whether the management information systems are lean and value of the information that they provide.
Lean accounting is the general term used for the changes required to a company’s accounting, control, measurement, and management processes to support lean manufacturing and lean thinking.
There is no reason to suppose you will have to describe Toyota’s 5S system in this exam. If you want more information, there’s lots on Google, but I wouldn’t bother.
