has there ever been a scenario based question on law of torts? i looked in papers from 2008 to 2011 and couldn’t see one.
If not, is it within the scope of the syllabus for the examiner to ask one?
Yes, there has. A small part of the question I remember was about a locksmith calling his business Unlimited Locks Limited (or something like that). It also involved a man who was abducted and threatened with a (fake) gun, held against his will and eventually released. The requirement was to identify the torts which our hero had suffered on this, clearly not his best, day
