Generally no 🙂 For the law exam this should not be an issue though!

    Hi Jenny,

Your law exam is multiple choice and multiple response questions.

Section A – 25 Questions worth 2 marks and 20 questions worth 1 mark (45 questions in total)

Section B- 5 Scenario questions worth 6 marks each.

Please obtain a copy of the Revision kit and you will see sample questions.

    I hope this helps?

    Kind regards

    Vijay

    1) Under the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, at which point does an offer
    made by post become effective?

2)Under the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, at which point does an
acceptance made by post become effective?

Can you help me with the answer as answers in BPP Kit and Kaplan Kit are different

    Hi Shubh,

Under the UN Convention – an offer is effective when it reaches the offeree. Under Article 15 an offer “reaches” an offeree when it is made orally to him or it is delivered by other means to him personally at his place of business/mailing address or if no mailing address it is delivered personally at his habitual address.

Under the UN Convention – an Acceptance is effective when it “reaches” the offeror.

    I hope this clarifies.

    Kind regards,

    Vijay
