what can be the latest date if incorporation was in 01,may,2010
First AGM
Second AGM
Third AGM
I want to ask on what basis .
first AGM is 18 months
what is the reason behind second and third AGM ?
plz reply as I have exam tomorrow.
2nd – no more than 15 months after the previous AGM.
However! There has to be an AGM in every calendar year, so 31 December 2012 (although only 14 months after 31 October 2011) is the latest date for the second AGM
And, because of this ‘calendar year’ rule, the third AGM cannot take place after 31 December 2013
