Lateral entry into a Degree Program after ACCA?

I started ACCA after my 12th and have completed 13 papers. I wanted to know if i could enter into any undergraduate program after and with some exemptions? Don’t want to waste three years starting a degree so hoping the exemptions can cut down the time period of study. If yes, please provide me with the details of the university and exemptions.
I have been searching but to no avail yet!
