Hi Mike,
I have been reading questions from the bpp exam kit and have read through lecture notes while doing questions to gain a broader idea of the topic covered in the question. I am focusing on papers from 2010 onwards and am targeting to re read those questions in the next two days again. I will read the course notes again as well.
i am also planning to do a mock paper on Sunday afternoon in strict exam situations to practice writing fast in view of the time constraints.
As i had just cleared my p2 exam in September, I do remember most of the accounting standards, but i am planning to quickly revise them again on Sunday to be completely confident with them. Could you suggest me the accounting standards from P2 which i should particularly focus on?
Also, in writing the answers, is it necessary to quote the accounting or auditing standards?Do you think such a preparation would be suitable to pass the exam (I have not done anything else apart from what I have mentioned above) ?
Thanks!

Not really – the examiner can pick them from anywhere in the syllabus. We no longer give tips on Opentuition … but you’re welcome to read the tips of others at the start of this Ask ACCA Tutor page
“Also, in writing the answers, is it necessary to quote the accounting or auditing standards?”
Countless times I have posted on this site … there are NO Marks for quoting numbers nor titles. None. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Nothing. Rien. Nichts.
“Do you think such a preparation would be suitable to pass the exam (I have not done anything else apart from what I have mentioned above) ?”
It sounds to me like you should be well prepared – let’s hope it pays off for you next week
