Hello john,
I am a bit confused regarding transferred costs..The solution states its 5.70 can u please explain how has the examiner arrived at this figure?

The variable cost is 300,000 units x $12 per unit = 3.6M
The fixed cost is 2.1M

Giving a total cost of 5.7M
