Hi Sir, sorry but can i know where is 7500 came from?
It is from part (a) for the estimate of actual dividend.
The first line in the second paragraph of the question says that they are due to pay dividends of $7.5M.
Oh i see. Definitely didn’t see it as i was thinking it actually relates to the implementation calculation.
