This question has three parts. My issue is in the last part. It says the apartment was let for free for sales executives.The answer says this should be treated as related party transaction. How to know whether sales executives are KMPs? Only company Directors, CEO and CFO is treated as KMP…

It says “it has been occupied rent-free by the senior sales executive”

the senior sales EXECUTIVE
The implication is that this person, by an alternative title, would be referred to as the sales director
