    hi sir

    at the start of the year the company had 3200 worker employed.During the year 1720worker left the company.At the end of the year the company were 2000 worker employed..

    the formula replayment/ average employee/2

    i use 280/1740*100=16%

    2000-1720=280

    average employee {3200+[2000-1720]} /2 =1740

    but the answer is 20%

    what step am i wrong??
