Hi John sir, HOW are you sir? John sir help me with the following:
If normal working hours are 9 to 5 within which 1 hour is for lunch break. should we calculate basic pay for that lunch break or not? if not then why? because i have read that we should pay for total hours and total hours consist of:
Total hours= productive hours + non productive hours
