Hi,

sometimes the examiner asks for KPIs and sometimes for performance indicators or performance measures. Is it all the same???

More or less. You can have PIs/PMs for almost everything (like the number of unwashed coffee cups in the sink!) But KPIs are the really important measures (like the number of new customers in the month).
