Hello sir 🙂 Hope you are well.
I wanted to ask if it is okay to use the Building block model for performance management of a shoe retailer? And to possibly suggest some KPIs for flexibility and resource utilization…

Fitzgerald and Moon’s building blocks are more aimed as service businesses, although it can be used in manufacturing businesses. Kaplan and Nortons balanced scorecard is more appropriate for manufacturing businesses.
The exam will make it clear if either of them are specifically required.
There are free lectures on both models on this website. The lectures are a complete free course for Paper F5 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
