I had a doubt regarding questions of performance report and recommendations of kpi for example lets say we have to recommend kpi and after we recommend a kpi do we have to conclude by saying that our performance is good or bad compared to market data? And same with performance reporting question that after we have said that EVA is a better measure for measuring value for shareholders, after writing this do we have to say that our performance is good or bad?
Thanks in advance!
If comparatives are available i(eg budgets, other companies) t’s likely you should comment on performance.
The larger a positive EVA the better. Negative EVA is bad.
And if there are no comparatives and budgets given then we don’t need to comment on the performance right?
Correct…..you can’t.
Got it thank you.
