Why is ‘a survey of customer satisfaction ‘ not the indicator of quality for a railway company?Cuz a railway station is a service business so we should use F&M Building Blocks which excludes the customer satisfaction perspective while it’s in K&N Blance Scorcard?
But even though it’s a service company, customer satisfaction is also important as regards to KPI, right?
