I just want to ask whether kpi are the part of OT notes and i have gone through 2 questions one asked us to discuss why kpi are difficult to audit….so it was easy like it require subjective judgement,chances of manipulation are higher,doesnt have a proper defination!!
But my question is regarding the other question i read which asked me to create KPI for the company?? It was a kits own question.
I just want to ask can this sort of Question can come in the exam??
I Also want to ask that should i attempt mock exam as the mock is always way differently set than actual paper!!
No harm in trying the mock if only to read it, plan the answers that you would have written, and then self assess with the aid of a printed solution!
As for designing / suggesting another KPI, just let your imagination run riot. I suggest that the examiner could well lead you into identifying an appropriate key performance area and then it’s left to you how to implement
