Aims included : investment in employees,continously improving performance,pride in brand.
These seemed to be ignored in examiner answer:
Can i suggest:
– Amount spent in training – Employees
-Kaizen goals – Continously improving performance
-Pride in brand – Customers reply on survey question “Will you confidently recommend Kolmog to friend? “

Could cover both internal business processes and innovation and learning: -Kaizen goals – Continously improving performance
Customer perspective: loyalty/pride in brand; recommendations.
