Dear Tutor,

In this question we are required to prepare a cash flow forcast. In the answer, I noticed that cash is not included when calculating working capital.

Could you please help why we shall not include it.

As is written in the answer, the examiner has regarded the working capital as being the net current assets less cash. However, as again he has written, you would have got full marks if you had used the full net current assets instead.
