Please be so kind to let meknow weather the knwledge work is all the knowledge the individuals gain within a company or is the knowledge the individuals accumulate and use in a company.

Knowledge work = job, process or task that is characterised by its specific information content or requirements.
Knowledge worker = are employees who are primarily employes creating and using knowledge rather than manufacturing products.
