I would like to believe finding a good balance between having the knowledge and actually being able to apply it in a given scenario is key and unfortunately i feel as far as F9 is concerned i still lack that skill of being able to apply what i learnrd… Any strategic way of knowing exactly how to apply available knowledge to best of my abilities?

Best is to have a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers – they contain lots of exam standard questions and you should practice all of them.
