hello Sir
i dont understand the point regarding the tax under the dividend yield in part a i mean what is the connection of div yield with the tax
Why is anyone interested in the dividend yield??
It is investors who are interested in order to see what sort of return different shares are giving.
Since investors have to pay tax on their income, it makes a difference to them as to whether they are looking at net of tax dividends or gross dividends.
