    Hi Mike,

The questions all are case law based, I am following BPP. As advised I am going through the exam questions and answers. I could see some questions are repetitive like Rules Based Approach, Principle based Approach. But one can’t expect photographic memory of answers presented. How the answers has to be presented in exams, can it be in our own words, does examiner expect any key words, for example in BPP study materials certain words are in Bold. Must we remember it and expected to be produced in the exam.

    Regards
    Prasad

Yes, Key words are very important if you want to impress the examiner and get your desired scores. For example, if your are building your answer around corporate governance key words like stakeholders, potentially, responsibility, conflict of interest, significance influence etc are very very important and should feature in your answers.

“can it be in our own words”

Of course it can be in your own words – any other way is unrealistic and unconscionable

    Memorise? You must be joking!

Hi Mike, just want to clarify, so we can just understand the principle and explain it in our own words?

    Thanks,
