    Dear sir,

    1. Is there any technique to catch whether the case study is involved the critical success factor?

    2. How to identify the critical success factor in case scenario?

    Best regards,
    Leonardo

I thb k the question would make it clear that it wanted you to identify CSFs.

There’s no particular technique/model to identify them: just think what they must do well if they are to succeed; what do customers really require and value?
