    My top half dozen would be: PESTEL, 5 forces, SWOT, Generic strategies, Resources (M-words).

    That’s not to say that others are not important or could be safely ignored, but the ones listed above are the most generally applicable.

    Hello guys
    I’m unable to fully uderstand the concept of the six sigma in P3 Business analysis. Can some one throw more light on this and its functionality.I will be grateful to have this.

    Duvor: Have a look at the recent article in SA Magazine which examines how to approach the P3 case study. There are also several the OT site examining this and those might help too. Look at null. Three questions are addressed: CiniCentre, Bonar Paint and GreenTech.
