Hi My Dear Tutor, I have a question.

if there is just one limiting factor(or one product) key factor analysis will be used such as ranking contribution per hour or per kg respectively limiting factor relates to hour or material.

On the other hand, if there are two products or if there are two limiting factors graphical approach will be used.

    did i get it correctly?

for instance, example 1(chapter 5) in your open tuition lecture note from key factor analysis shows only one limiting factor which was total 48000 hours require to apply only key factor analysis not graphical approach but example 1 (chapter 6) in limiting factor requires to apply only graphical approach because there are two limiting factors and it can not be solved using key factor analysis method.

    That is correct.

Have you watched the free lectures? Because I make it clear in the lectures that linear programming only becomes necessary when there are two or more limiting factors.
