Hello sir,
Only transactions between Kenduri Co and Lakama Co are relevant, which are:
Payment of $4.5 million
Receipt of $2.1 millionI was able to calculate the multilateral netting, but could not know how the examiner arrives to these payment and receipt amounts above which stop me to go ahead to the next requirements.
Pls your help is highly solicited.
They are both given in the table in the question.
The first line of the table says that Kenduri owes Lakama $4.5M
Also, the last line of the tables says that Lakama owes Kenduri $2.1M
