Keeps on saying cant view video because of privacy settings

Good day
Im having problems watching lectures. Iv recently watched the lectures for my F3 exam and recently started using them for F2, and my problem is it keeps on saying that the video cant be viewed because of its privacy settings. The problem is, iv havent changed any settings. please help.

you have to experiment. try another browser is a good start,
we don’t even know if you are trying to watch at home or an office?
