hello sir, pls help me with this query.
i wanted to ask that as the question is saying ”the mix has not changed for 5 years” can u pls explain what this means and how can i write it as a disadvantage by the co.
It is referring to the standard mix as given in the first table of the question.
Variances are calculated by comparing with the standard mix, but if the standard mix is out of date and no longer realistic then it means that the variances become rather meaningless.
