I have briefly studied the entire Kaplan study text and I have found some topics in OT context explained in the textbook with additional information and some topics which are not included in OT context
I have studied entirely from OT but..
I am worried about missing important information if I ignore the study text and follow only OT.
    Can you please guide me?
And I would like to appreciate all the effort put into OT lectures and notes, I have passed 9 papers thanks to OT!

Our notes are obviously much briefer than a Kaplan or BPP textbook and levels of detail cannot be the same.

In SBL I’m suspicious about texts because they contain lots of information, but in the exam you are asked to apply common sense, theories, models and frameworks to case study data. There is limited opportunity to display knowledge – and indeed will not lead to many marks – but lots of opportunity to apply practical approaches to problems, supported by theories if applicable.

Therefore, reading our notes and listening our lectures, rather than spending ages studying a text in detail, will leave you more time to practise questions: the importance of question practice cannot be overestimated.

Many students pass SBL just using our notes and lectures together with a revision kit. The ACCA material is also very useful (eg examiner team guidance and technical articles).
