Hi there,
I am planning on sitting the UK Version of F6 Exam in September 2019.
I wanted to ask, for a Self-Study Student), would you recommend the Kaplan or the BPP study text book?

From a self-study point of view, i’d recommend Kaplan (both text and kit).
You’ll find its detailed examples quite useful.
