hello Sir, may you please help me understand what the explanation to the answer on the treatment of Petra’s treatment meant by part of the tax relief will be clawed back through Annual allowance charge

I do not have the Kaplan kit so you will need to send me both the question and answer for me to be able to assist – but if you have not yet worked the examples in the study notes with the accompanying lectures then I would advise going there first
