Hi
I cant figure out the amount on which the 20% increment is been calculated for the increase in investments in net assets. Could anyone please help??
Thanks in advance.
Do you mean the investment in non-current assets?
Assuming you do, then on the latest SOFP, the additions this year were 66. This is to grow by 20% a year, and so the additions in year 1 will be 66 x 1.2 = 79. The additions in year 2 will be 79 + 20% = 79 x 1.2 = 95, and so on.
Hi John, yes that’s non-current assets – sorry about typing net assets..
And thanx for the response, i kinda figured it out after awhile 🙂 Thank you again!!
