hello
why this question’s answer is A? (the high court’s 3 divisions all about civil matters) i think B is right
‘the decisions of the magistrate’s court in criminal cases can be appealed to which two of the following courts?
(i) crown court
(ii) high court
(iii) court of appeal
(iv) superme court
A (i) and (ii)
B (i) and (iii)
C (ii) and (iii)
D (iii) and (iv) ‘
There’s NO WAY that a decision in the Magistrates Court is going to have any effect othe Court of Appeal!!!!!!!
B cannot possibly be right!
OK?
