Sir while calculating ratio for year 13-14 why are they not including bank o/d in capital employed.Am i correct that capital employed is total equity+ non current liabilities +overdraft (if any). Thanks

Bank overdraft is only included in capital employed if it is intended to be there long-term.
Capital employed is long-term finance.
