Do I need to format like this in the exam? For the Statement of financial position –
I’m confused as to why two columns $’000 for presentation? and only want to use one column for the values to the right and subtotal at the bottom.Welcome to the Opentuition forums. I am not quite sure what you are referring to with the above post. My instinct would be (notwithstanding question requirements) that as long as your format is clear and understandable, that should be acceptable in exam terms and indeed in accounting practice. To confirm above please consider posting in the ask the tutor forum. Hope this helps.
