Dear Sir,
In this question, we have Jupiter’s beta is 1.50. In the solution, it’s understood equity beta so how can i know the beta be equity, assets or debt beta?
Thanks,
As I say in the free lectures, the betas that are published are always the betas of shares.
So if you are given a beta in the exam it is always an equity beta, unless (obviously) you are told otherwise.
