@Rebecca, if I were the admin, I would have uploaded the results in batch/Group wise, As it seems, on Friday 10, 2015, I would have uploaded say 50000 entries, had a nice weekend, come back on Monday 13, 2015 to upload say 63000 entries. I would froze ERS accordingly from being updated by keeping a date parameter. Then on the basis of pass/fail finalist I would allocate groups such as ACCA Students, ACCA_QUALIFICATION_STUDENTS etc As you see, using dates to upload only pass or only fail won’t make a soft cushion for me.

Actually @anarchy99 your upload idea makes a lot of sense. Nobody has mentioned 11th/12th.

That’s their internal processes and its complex even for us to comprehend . They may change their way of uploading result ,because of students like us who want to see our result earlier than everyone else .

    Patients pays!

Exactly this, there is no way they could upload everything in one day (the website is bad enough normally!) – although how they go about it, is it by registration number, exam centre, surname, country etc who knows 🙂

@Rebecca, it would make more sense to use registration no as a primary key I.e no duplication, other parameters such as names could create redundancy.

I’m finalist, waiting for my last paper’s result – P4.

ERS is frozen at 13th July.

Same here. I’ll assume then that P4 results were uploaded on July 13.

Has no other finalist noticed that the home page of MYACCA is significantly shorter?

I’m feeling ya here, as that number is only specific to that one individual.

Whenever receiving exams by email..the ones I passed were always early, between 12 and 1 am and unsuccessful ones I always received later in the morning…coincidence?

That pretty much depends on network traffic routed through your local ISP at that point of time I.e +5 GMT. network congestion is a common phenomena. try sending couple of emails from your hotmail to yahoo account at the same time and note the time difference.

    For me:

Dec 2010 – failed all three – 5:10am (results came out at 5am)
    Jun 2011 – passed 1, failed 1 – 5:09am
    Dec 2011 – passed 1, failed 1 – 5:01am
    Jun 2012 – passed 2 – 5.10am
    Dec 2012 – passed 2 – 5.10am

    Jun 2013 – failed 2 – 12:14am
    Dec 2013 – passed 1, failed 1 – 01:05am
    Jun 2014 – passed 1, failed 1 – 12:13am
    Dec 2014 – passed 1, failed 2 – 12:05am

The timing of the email is COMPLETELY RANDOM! Nothing to do with results!

Guys lets us not pin our hope on technical assumptions . We may be wrongly stressed by our dubious analysis.

next weekend we will really know our fate!

But I will try not to worry until then 🙂

@Elia – on the initial link you posted regarding the categories of each person, mine said the same as yours: ACCA_QUALIFICATION_STUDENT

I can’t believe there is still another week before the results.
It doesn’t matter how early they announce the results, it is always a long wait

I have set F7 and F8 and my status report dated 14th July says for both of them “to be attempted” 🙁
Does anyone have any idea why?
