Read here ACCA’s policy https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-support-resources/professional-exams-study-resources/strategic-business-reporting/past-exam-papers.html. This applies across all SP exams and the AS exams (constructed response sections only). It is what it is.
The answers to the sample March/June 2019 exams will be published around the same time as the results are released for June exams.
