I have 49 in March session. They said that for 49 markers they are making double checking and the administrative review will only review whether the counting was correct, but maybe should try.

Since my start of ACCA journey
Most of the times in many papers i got 49 ? and the fee is high for review and finally they don’t do anything
I wish they consider marginal pass
1 mark shouldn’t make difference for them
    49 fail and 50 pass.. I don’t t understand really
    why?
But for us to wait for 6 weeks after exams itself is tiring and then you have resit an exam just for1 mark.. Comeon

Congratulations of for all of you “pass” people !!
Unfortunately for me, there is a fail again with the same mark 43%. I do not what else to do… I practice and practice again and again for many times but failed one again. It is frustrating, that I do not know what I have done wrong in order to improve. I have put my self to the limit and I am so close to let it go but in the other hand I feel that It would be wrong to do so as I would through all the efforts and money spend so far for the other exams papers.

I have passed AFM in 1st attempt (55) , in fact I also managed to pass SBR (56), AAA (62) in 1st attempt
This is only due to Opentution.com amazing lecture and comprehensive notes.
God bless John Moffat and the entire team of Opentution.com. You all are doing excellent work.

Passed with 84% first attempt, although was only able to attempt 90% of the paper. Ended my ACCA journey with a bang, so happy!!!

To all those who did not pass, have faith. Effective time management and practicing past papers is key! Make sure your concepts are clear before sitting the paper, always prioritise quality over quantity. Solving ample questions is the only way out. Good luck to everyone attempting in September!

I received a mail from ACCA that they have decided not to release my AFM result because of a technical issue.
I feel robbed of a pass result because, despite the interruption due to the technical issue, I completed more than 2/3 of the exam and I am sure I correctly answered the requirements to get at least a 65% pass mark.
They have offered a refund but that will not make up for the months I spent preparing the exam.

And this unjust and unfair decision is making me strongly doubt the credibility and transparency of the ACCA examination

Is there a way to appeal against this decision?

Its’ amazing how AFM is such a technical paper to study for. Can literally blow up your mind during the reading phase. But once you hit the bull’s eye, you score so well in the exam.

So congratulations, to all those who were able to hit the Bull’s eye!. For those, who missed, just dust yourself and be more determined for the next round. You can and only will be better.
For someone who had NO exemptions, this race has taught persistence, tenacity and strong determination to accomplish life goals.
The failures, have only made me a better accountant than I would have been, just passing exams and re learning in the real world.

For anyone resitting, please take note, your foundation for this course needs to be firm- understand the basics. Focus on calculating questions is no longer enough. Theory for June 2021 was more than calculations. If you knew your theory well, you are likely to pass if you only focused on calculations, you may or may not have made it.
Please read up on your theory as well as practicing questions. Past questions is key. As we are all computer based, best to start to practice using the practice platform, do not wait till last minute. This way, you can learn your techniques on time management from the very start. Cherry picking is no longer encouraged. AFM topic link together. Best to have an idea on the whole syllabus.

Time management for exams is key. Whatever you do, please make sure that you do not overrun on any one exam question. Move to the next.

If possible, form a study buddy group. Take topics individually and discuss amongst yourselves. Make it effective. They can be helpful. If you don’t have the time, then no need.

Congrats again to everyone who passed this time round. For those continuing in the race, I wish you great success in the next round. Just focus, take away all forms of distraction, and learn right. We will all celebrate in the end.

My adm review request with 49 in APM doesnt affect their decision.
Its reasonable if you shure, that part of your question were missed/lost/unmarked. They doesnt remark your script.
After request you will receive info on your progress (pass/fail) on each question.
