Hi guys,

I tried the link the other day and got error. I tried the link today and got a grey and white page.

I am a finalist. I studied so hard but positive I failed. So sure that I have brought the bbp books and am looking to join a course for Septembers exam.

I know one other person who has the same as me as of today grey and white page when it was error the other day.

I am sure I failed so want to know if this has happened before?

According to my observation there were alot of risks such as acquisition during the year which may lead to profits inappropriately consolidated, NCI calculations may have allocated inappropriate fair values of net assets, First time adoption of IFRSs, internally genrated Intangible assets may have been recognised by the subsidiary company which is prohibited by IAS 38. One of the subsidiaries might not have significant control due to less number of representatives on the board, Goodwill calculation may not be appropriately calculated etc..

Jerma ! Since you have asked, i didn’t get that nasty email and i am a finalist. I pray to Almighty its a good sign, though i dont beleive on such theories as been through these a lot of times. By the way the thread is only adding to the confusion and misery of result awaiting candidates. For funs sake its great, appreciate it .As to quote, “The only thing certain is that nothing is certain” 😛

I just read the posts above my post on this same page and felt like a “confession” is going on, especially with the tone of the questions like did you do this , have you seen this.. :D. “How the hell could you disprove the link theory it couldnt be.. Man that means i have failed. lol”. Just joking , no offense to anybody.

Using this link I see https://portal.accaglobal.com/portal/page/portal/ACCA_PORTAL_PAGES/ACCA_STUDENTS: I see white and grey page with my personal details. Yesterday I was getting error.

Using this link https://www.acca-business.org/pls/ecommerce/elopl001.p_login with a message asking if I want to be include in the passed finalists list: This message is normal. All finalists who have attempted their last exams in a session would see this message.

But I have noticed another change here. Yesterday there were 4/5 options here on the left side of the page. Today I could see some other options as well. One of them is Practising Certificate/Insolvency License Renewals.

All these theories will be verified on Monday 🙂
