June 2015 Q3 (Not Clear)

May I ask your assistance please?

On June 2015 Q3, I am not clear of the requirements of b&c. On the scenario it says the CFO didn’t finalize the CSF for the customer perspective, but the question (b) asks as if there is no problem on the CSF. Are we expected to identify suitable KPI for the CSF already set by the CFO or are we expected to provide appropriate CSF and suitable KPIs for them?

Q3(c) The scenario didn’t show the problems of the existing reward system of the company, but just issues or concerns. Are students expected to reply on hypothetical basis…like if bonus is based on this, then this….
