I have just finished going through and learning the syllabus for the F5 and F9 exams I am sitting in June. I spent 4 weeks on each study text (BPP) and feel reasonably comfortable with them but wanted to get a bit of advice on how best to approach the revision phase of my preparation, with this being my first time sitting the 3 hour style written papers.
I have 9 weeks to now go through practice questions etc but was wondering how people have split their time between different modules in the run up to the exams. Obviously I don’t want to spend 4 weeks on F5 then 4 weeks on F9 as I would have forgotten lots of the F5 come exam time. Similarly I don’t think switching between them on a daily basis would be very efficient either. How have those who have successfully taken multiple exams split their revision and what have you found the most effective?

1) Spend 2 weeks studying both revision notes available on the site (studying a different paper every day which in your case would be Day 1 – F5, Day 2 – F9, Day 3 – F5, etc while also doing a couple of questions relating to each chapter from the past papers.
2) Spent the remaining just solving questions from the revision kit (BPP) while cycling between both papers every now and then
3) Spent the last week solving past paper questions (just the previous 4-5 years) - AuthorPosts
