    Annual salary for a 5 day week = 32,000

8.5 days per week are taken up with handling deliver queries (eg 1 person for 5 days/week and another for 3.5 days per week).

    Annual cost of delivery queries = 32,000 x 8.5/5

Where in the question does it hint that (a) should be calculated per annum?

    Thanks

It says ‘assess the financial impact’ so you have to think what sort of calculation might be helpful for that.

You could do it per week or per month if you thought that was better.

Ok I did the full project of the 8 years but if I divided my figure for the 8 I would have got the same. Would I still get some marks?

So in the exam would be best to do it per year but if for example the scenario said that managers met per month or per quarter to assess the performance it would be logical for us to assess it on this basis?

    Thanks

It depends on the question. I suppose you could be asked to consider a project over several years. Do what seems most sensible to you.
