under the heading of costing and financial analysis, how to get the answer for total cost?
this is how i get my answer : 450×3 + 250×3 + 60 + 30 = 2136, which is wrong.
Lecturer and room for 3 days = 3 x (450 + 250) = 2100
Manuals for 3 people = 3 x 20 = 60
Lunch for 3 people for 3 days = 3 x 3 x 10 = 90
Total: 2100 + 60 + 180 = 2250
thank you sir, i have another question regarding to Harmon’s process strategy.
June 2014 Q3(a), the answer states “CRM applications are likely to be relatively complex and if medium strategic importance, consequently by chance, a software package approach does appear a reasonable response”
i thought process that’s complex or high strategic importance is not suitable for software package solution??
Yes. Packages an deal with complex, but not so well with rapidly changing requirements because of the continual updating burden. If something is of high strategic importance, packages will not help the company to maintain its edge and a bespoke system if more suitable.
